VENDOR'S COMMENTS We have lived here for over 7 years, having rented it before buying it. It was the perfect home and location to start our family and we have made amazing friends with our neighbours. The location has been ideal for us with 24 hour bus links to Gatwick Airport, a few minutes drive to the M23 and A23 and direct links to London and Brighton by train, enabling us to commute easily for work and days out. We have all the basic amenities in the local area and are lucky enough to be a short walk from Broadfield Park which is great for feeding the ducks and dog walks. Tilgate Park and K2 Leisure Centre are only a 15-20 minute walk and there is a Children and Family Centre a couple of minutes walk from our house, which hold regular play sessions, activities and has a sensory room. We like to go for family meals up at the Black Swan in Pease Pottage, which is also a short walk from our house (up a hill, but downhill on the way home!!).
