VENDOR'S COMMENTS What attracted me to this property was the vicinity of all facilities such as the leisure park (cinema, gym. restaurants). The bus stop also is located nearby, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town centre. When I first saw the house, I saw the potential. I enjoyed doing all the renovations. It is a very comfortable and cosy home and every room is bright and has a big window. The rear garden has new fences so the garden is now more private. Due to my busy life, I made the front garden low maintenance too and now has plum slate. It's located in a friendly and warm neighbourhood, everyone looks after each other. Sadly, I need to sell my home because I am relocating.
