VENDOR'S COMMENTS We purchased the property as it is on the outskirts of Crawley, a quiet area. What really appealed to us was we have a private close of 3 houses off the main road. Safe and secluded. The house has a great layout with the central hallway, so as a result we use every room as all easily accessible. As the house has many rooms we can all have our own space, and then come together in the kitchen diner. The area is lovely, quiet with a really great community spirit (especially at Halloween and Christmas) and has some lovely walks nearby to take a stroll and relax. The kids love playing in the garden as ample room, whilst the adults can sit and relax in the decking area, great for parties!
