VENDOR'S COMMENTS Waterside Close was perfect as it was ideally situated for work, family and friends as well as public transport and shops. I always found that the property had a practical layout and plenty of space for the two of us and the large cupboard on the landing served well as an office, with room for a desktop computer and printer. The addition of the garden (something that I took great pride in at the time) through the garden licence arrangement with Crawley Borough Council greatly increased our enjoyment there as the garden is a real sun trap and still has the patio I laid for barbecues etc. I have fond memories of having friends and family over and sending food and drinks down to the garden via a willow hanging basket on a long rope! Also the whole garden can be watered from the kitchen window if you are so inclined, however there is still a water butt too!! As a rental property, we haven't had any void periods, having used only two agents over the last 10 years and we are only selling as we need to finance a major renovation project on our own home.
