VENDOR'S COMMENTS We have lived here for 19 years and we are only moving to care for elderly relatives in another part of the country. We bought this house because it is a 10 minute drive from both Crawley and Horsham town centres. It is also a 10 minute walk to the local shops, a bus stop, and the beautiful Buchan Park. There is a garden centre and 24 hour petrol station within a 3 minute drive and it is only a 15 minute drive to Gatwick Airport, not to mention the K2 leisure centre, which is a 5 minute drive away. We love this area because it is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, it feels like we are on the edge of the countryside and yet we are so close to all the amenities we need.
