VENDOR'S COMMENTS I moved to Ifield back in 2018. When I first viewed the property, I couldn't believe how quiet the area was. Throughout day and night there is very little noise which is comforting and very peaceful. I also liked the views back into the woods from both the bedroom and the garden. You are not overlooked by anyone and you get that feeling of privacy in the garden which is great. The woods can also be easily accessed and are great for walks in both winter and summer when it is filled with wild garlic. The property itself is perfect for someone as a first time buyer, as I was. It is homely and the main living space is ample for a maisonette. The kitchen and bathroom are both very functional and having the loft space also comes in handy for storing any bigger items. There is an allocated parking space also outside which is really convenient, especially when you are bringing shopping back etc. I'm only looking to move as I now live with my girlfriend and we would like to purchase something bigger as we are looking to start a family.
