VENDOR'S COMMENTS The house is in a quiet secluded part of the estate whilst being walking distance to the local pub and near the family friendly local park. Forge wood has a nice community feel. We love that the house faces an open space where we regularly see beautiful wildlife such as deer roaming. Our garden is south facing giving us sun early morning until late evening. After viewing many two-bedroom houses, we feel this house had it all! A driveway, rear access to the large garden, downstairs toilet and even an en suite! It is a spacious, comfortable and homely two-bedroom house.
