VENDOR'S COMMENTS We bought this property together as brothers and first-time buyers who wanted to have our own space and independence. We have loved this flat for many reasons - not only is it spacious and light with two bathrooms and a great living space, it has also been a great place to socialise. It is in a great location with a five minute' walk to the Worth Way and ten minutes to Three Bridges train station. Having the lounge face a lovely, green open space is also a bonus which we have definitely utilised for exercise and socialising on sunny days. We are now sadly selling as both of us are moving in with partners, we would love to see our flat go to people who will enjoy it as much as we have.
