VENDOR'S COMMENTS When we bought the property initially we were a family of 4 and the house was a blank canvas for us to make our own. It is close to several primary schools, secondary schools and shops, which was great for our young family. We have some lovely neighbours and have enjoyed living in Monarch Close, but now as a family of 6 we need a bit more space for our growing children.
