AREA INFORMATION Furnace Green is located to the east of the town bordered by Tilgate, Three Bridges and Maidenbower. There is a Nature Reserve and flood plain named Waterlea Meadow and the National Cycle Route 20 passes through Furnace Green. Crawley's only full scale theatre, The Hawth is located on the northern edge of Furnace Green and gets its name from the large area of woodland to its rear. The neighbourhood has a parade of shops, pub and doctors. Three Bridges mainline train station is approximately one mile walk and the 24 hour Fastway bus service passes through the neighbourhood connecting to Crawley town centre, Manor Royal and beyond. The neighbourhood edges on to Tilgate Forest, great for family walks and leisure; overall Furnace Green is a popular choice for commuters, families and investors.

VENDOR'S COMMENTS We brought this simply for these reasons, local shops, railway Stations - Crawley and Three Bridges - and the town centre are all in walking distance. To get to the front door you walk up a pathway that has trees and a small grass area to its side. We're not overlooked and it's very quiet. Off the main road to the rear, access is very easy - there is a back gate to the garden, the garage is attached to the garden and we also have our own private parking the rear of the property. It's well known that Furnace Green is a good area to live in. the house is warm and we have good neighbours. It has been my home for many years and if I hadn't made my mind up to emigrate, I would happily stay in the property forever.
