VENDOR'S COMMENTS What first attracted me to this property was the open living / dining room with the fire and bi-fold doors, this exceeded even more expensive properties in the area. From my time living in Kenmara Close, I have really appreciated the quiet location, private garden and the great links to Gatwick, Crawley, East and West Sussex. Having now renovated the property to my ideal home, unfortunately I need to relocate to be with my fiancée. Hopefully whoever buys it will be able to enjoy is as much as I have.
