VENDOR'S COMMENTS We previously lived opposite this house and wanted to upsize. This came on the market, bigger with a garage, driveway and super garden, so we couldn't turn it down! The street is quiet, no through traffic being a cul de sac. No people using it as a thoroughfare. There are lots of young families which has made it a great place for our son. As we are relocating, it's a shame we can't take our house with us!
