VENDOR'S COMMENTS I bought this property to be close to work and transport links. I was drawn to the property by the generous sized bedrooms and living/dining room area. Also, the floor to ceiling windows in the living/dining room allow in lots of daylight and provide a nice view of the garden. It's in a very convenient location to get to the local shops and the beautiful Worth Park which I have visited every day in lockdown. Due to a change in my work situation, I no longer need to be near Gatwick so am moving to be nearer to my family.
