VENDOR'S COMMENTS This was an ideal first time buy when I was on my own and with my family in Horsham and working near Gatwick it has great access for both. With my partner moving in and working in Kent originally and commuting, it was great to be so close to the M23. We have really enjoyed living in the flat, with helpful neighbours who have taken parcels in and kept an eye on the flat if we have been away and the convenient location. With short walks / drive to Tilgate Park and Buchan Country Park, and local shops, it has been lovely to have the handiness of these amenities and also the pretty walks to make the most of.
