VENDOR'S COMMENTS In a very quiet close, this one bed maisonette was absolutely perfect for me when I purchased in 2017. The initial attraction was the additional space that had been made from what was previously a larger living room - which I could use as a study, spare bedroom, or a dining room. I also loved the modern bathroom and kitchen which allowed me to move straight in with no changes required. With direct access to a garden of my own this was a perfect first time buy. Located a stone's throw away from Ifield Mill Pond, which was a beautiful spot for a lunchtime stroll, and a short walk to Ifield train station.
