AREA INFORMATION The neighbourhood of Ifield boasts a good range of facilities including parade of shops, schooling, public house, doctors surgery, golf course and railway station. The area is located on the edge of the town and therefore open countryside is readily accessible whilst bus routes connect the area to Crawley town centre with its comprehensive range of shopping and leisure amenities. The A23 connects the area with many neighbouring towns and junctions 10 and 11 of the M23 are roughly equidistant.

VENDOR'S COMMENTS The property was originally purchased by us for our Mother when she was unable to cope in a house with stairs and garden. This ground floor flat was ideal as it offered large spacious rooms with lots of cupboard space when compared to new flats on the market. It also has an accessible outside patio area overlooking the grounds without all the upkeep! It is very close to the parade of shops and also within walking distance of the train station. There is also a regular bus service to Crawley town centre, Gatwick or to Horsham. Mother was very happy living here for over 8 years and had lots of friends in the area. There was ample parking too for visiting friends and family. With her minimal furniture it was very spacious and comfortable and benefitted from solid floors and walls to eradicate any noise from other flats in the block. The property has since had long term tenants who have made it to their own style. We are reluctantly selling the property due to a change in personal circumstances.
