VENDOR'S COMMENTS In 2013, as a young couple who were soon to become a young family, this property presented itself to us as the perfect starter home in the most pleasant of locations. We found so many reasons to love this house: the open-plan layout of the ground floor offered a sense of flow and connection; the spacious nature of the main bedroom gave versatility and freedom; and the set back situation of the property - away from any major roads or noise - created the feeling of peace, escape and home. Furthermore, with all necessary amenities within walking distance and easy access to larger towns, we found Smallfield to be not just a convenient village location for people at any stage of life, it exemplifies what a community should be: welcoming, safe and open. Throughout our time in Smallfield, we spent many enjoyable mornings meandering rural lanes; sunny, summer afternoons in the nearby pub; and cozy evenings at home with local chips and fresh fruit and veg from the village grocer. Since leaving this truly perfect home, we miss it dearly - we hope you enjoy it just as much as we have.
