VENDOR'S COMMENTS We brought the house because it is very big and in a great area. We went on to adapt the integral garage downstairs with an extra room and extra bathroom. We wanted a good space for a home office. We added extra soundproofing so the kids running around did not disturb the workday. The area is great - you can walk to the park, the shops, the train station, and it has good bus links to the airport. Our family is all grown up now and we retired out of the area. The house has been rented out for a couple of years, we just want a simple life so are selling and hope the house can give another family the home they are looking for.
