Promotional Offer starts 1st February 2026 and ends 28^th February 2026.

The Offer

By entering into a signed Sole Selling Agreement with Homes Partnership Southern Ltd between 1st February 2026 and the 28^th February 2026, the Vendor will benefit from a fixed sole selling fee of £3,250 + VAT (£3,900 inc. VAT) if the property is sold and the transaction completes.

Conditions (outside of our usual terms and conditions)

• The Vendor must instruct Homes Partnership on a Sole Selling Basis.
• The Sole Selling Period must be 12 weeks.
• The property must not have been marketed by Homes Partnership at the point of the offer launch on the 1st of February 2026.
• If the Vendor suspends marketing or refuses or unreasonably delays viewings, the offer of the reduced fixed fee will no longer be valid.
• If the marketing on the property ceases under the terms of the contract, Homes Partnership are not bound to offer the same fixed fee on a future agency agreement with the customer.
• The Vendor must have contacted Homes Partnership directly about their services. Referrals from third parties such as GetAgent and NetanAgent are excluded from this offer
