Your aim should be to let your property at the best possible price in the shortest possible time to minimise any costly void period. With Homes Partnership you can start with a Free Online Estimation or you can book one of our experts to come and see your property, free of charge, by contacting us or booking it online here. We provide free, no obligation market appraisals for hundreds of properties each year which means we have a wealth of knowledge and data to draw on when valuing your property ensuring you get the best possible advice.

Step 2 - Getting your property ready
You should aim to present your property in the best possible way and fix anything that could put off potential tenants. A fresh lick of paint, re-arranging the furniture (if furnished), plus a tidy up of the garden are some examples. These are small jobs but can greatly improve your chance of receiving an offer. If you feel that your property requires more than a touch up of paint, perhaps even a complete renovation, please get in touch with our Refurbishment Team. At this stage you’ll also need to supply an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which we can organise on your behalf.

Step 3 - Choose the right service level for you
Selecting the right service level package is vital to the success of your investment. Whilst we provide a range of service levels, our most popular service level is our Full Management service. Step 4 - Find the right tenants
To find your perfect tenant your property requires maximum exposure across a wide range of media. When you instruct Homes Partnership to let your property you will benefit from our unrivalled, comprehensive marketing package, including: exposure on our website, email & SMS alerts, promotion on property websites like Rightmove and Zoopla and representation by our local offices.

Step 5 - Find the right tenants
As soon as a tenant makes an offer we will contact you to communicate full details and any special conditions to help you decide whether or not to accept. You can also view and track all offers within our online portal, MyHP, at any time.

Step 6 - Progressing the tenancy
Once you accept an offer we will do the following, regardless of whether your property is managed: Collect references from the tenants Arrange digital signing of Tenancy Agreement Collect moving-in payment (1st months’ rent + 5 week deposit) We can also, subject to a fee, get your property ready for move-in: Carry out check-in and inventory. Organise any required safety certificates such as a Gas Safety Inspection, EICR or Portable Appliance Test. Arrange professional cleaning.

Step 7 - Tenancy start date
Upon execution of the tenancy agreement, keys will be released to the inventory clerk or the tenant on moving-in day. For managed properties, we will provide the tenant with contact details of their dedicated Property Manager and access to our maintenance reporting App. Congratulations, your property is now let!
