Harvey was a great contact, always made himself available, returned our calls, was super organised and gave us comprehensive feedback during the process. The contact and pricing structure was simple, no hidden add-ons for this type of picture or this type of floor plan. The photos were brilliant and the 360 walkthrough very thorough. Sarah took over after the sale was agreed and that lady was a legend. In a chain of five, she chased top to bottom, always getting back to us promptly via email and phone. Sarah, one of the managers, went above and beyond in helping us in a very difficult house sale due to the time we had acquiring probate. The house sale took on extra problems, but with Sarah’s advice on contacting our MP to intervene on the excessive time probate was now taking (over a year!) the problem was resolved very quickly. If it wasn’t for Homes Partnership and Sarah’s dedication in helping us, I am sure we would still be waiting for probate!
