a. Conduct an ID verification check for all parties
b. Collect evidence of funding (proof of deposit, agreement in principles, proof of cash etc…)
c. Ask you for your mortgage broker and lender information
d. Ask you for your chosen solicitors information
e. Ask you to confirm any deadlines you are working towards and take down any details of periods you are away on holiday.
